We desperately need more training. We did get PA over for a day but it wasn't enough. we need to train some trainers too

@ALTraining We have a person who is a Kanbanchi evangelist and she has even inspired our SMT to start using it to capture and track actions.

yes we have issues with that too. there are still some vital bits of functionality missing though I'm sure Google will get there eventually

@NIHRCRN_nencumb @ALTraining I used to work in the NHS and they see Google as being a gateway for hackers and are paranoid about it exposing patient data. They don't realise that the Google hub is probably one of the most secure cloud solutions out there

Hi Amanda - I frequently drop back to MS Word because most of our external contacts send us documents in that format. Do I need all that functionality - probably not
