The value of a chain goes beyond revenue capture to justify valuations and you know it. Public confidence in the chain. Time without failure. Number of protocols depending on it. Community leverage. Historical price reflexivity. Decentralization. Etc, etc

in the monad eco, we're very focus on the high performance decentralized L1 but even that, it's not that easy to get for people. I think focusing also other narratives, more easily catchable AND true, is important

It does make sense because L2 implies reliance over Ethereum + tradeoffs infra + token very often completly useless

It's not that Megaeth token is different in design that it makes all the other L2 tags irrelevant
