Next Bridge Hydrocarbons has been requesting to meet with both @FINRA and the @SECGov since 2024.

As of July 2026, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons has made 6 requests to the SEC, but they have all been ignored.

Why won't the SEC meet with Next Bridge Hydrocarbons to discuss resolving MMTLP?

** SPECULATION **
I don't believe McCabe ever intended to sell $15 #NBH to resolve the original #MMTLP imbalance. Next Bridge dangled cheap shares as a carrot to attract the interest of financial institutions needing shares while noting their shortfall. Apparently, no shares were sold, so the 1-for-30 dividend was announced. Does anyone seriously believe not one of 105 brokers was willing to bite hence this brilliant plan for the dividend was conceived, lawyer approved, and put into motion... all within 4 weeks of S-1 approval?

Brokers needing additional dividend shares must buy them from Next Bridge to avoid committing a new crime and restarting the SOL clock. This WILL reveal at least part of the broker's total imbalance (i.e. 30x any dividend shares purchased). There is no statute of limitations on a broker's obligation to deliver shares. Once exposed, the SEC can no longer ignore this, the imbalance *must* be cured! Next Bridge can file another S-1 offering at a much higher price, and pressure will mount for the SEC to do its job, approve the S-1, and resolve any proven imbalances. At long last, I believe we are close to a resolution to this never-ending nightmare.

Mr. McCabe, if you're reading this, please ask 3-figures for your next offering. BDs and regulators will certainly scoff at this, but it'll give the MMTLP Army its second wind. After 3.5 years, thousands of shareholders have been beaten to a pulp and are truly suffering. Thank you for fighting for us! 🙏

Gavin Newsom signed a law making it illegal to check ID, but that’s not all Democrats did

California moved aggressively toward universal mail-in ballots. Key steps included:

- 2016-2018: Laws like the Voter’s Choice Act expanded vote-by-mail options.

- 2020+ Permanent universal mail-in ballots, every registered voter gets a ballot mailed automatically

Ballot harvesting third parties collecting and delivering ballots was also legalized and expanded

Dec. of 2022: My daughter was 7 and a half years old when this all started, and my son was 4. Yes, I alone am in control of how engaged I am or how involved I get. Be it making a video, DD, posting and re-posting, or contributing in spaces. Those decisions are on me.

You know what is NOT on me?

I'm not responsible for the position I've been put it. I'm not the one who has forced me to decide between walking away or fight for what is right. I'm not the one who left me to make that choice, one of which will comes at the expense to others.
I'm talking about you, @SECGov and @FINRA. You - and I'm most certain many others - are responsible for putting me and my family in this position. I'm sure I speak for many when I say "we didn't ask for this."

We don't deserve this. My kids don't deserve this. My wife does NOT deserve this.

Today my daughter turns 11 and she doesn't deserve all the lost time. Time when I was thinking about our situation and not present. Time lost because I needed a quick nap from staying up late doing research on all you spineless cowards and your criminal enterprise. Time that I/we will never get back.

She deserves better and by God, come hell or high water, I will get back what was taken from me and thousands of other people.
