The ballot for Prop A says the 22% tax will fund programs that “measurably reduce homelessness and resolve encampments.”
That is a promise of results, not a description of the spending. It lists “neighborhood vibrancy,” “self-sufficiency,” and “stable housing.” It never says the money goes to one nonprofit. It never puts the $100 million on the ballot.
