@ClayTravis 50 here and working 255x8x3. Recommend creatine (5-10g/day), 1 gram of protein per pound of desired body weight daily, and 3-4, 60-75 minute lifting sessions/week. You may gain weight (pay attention to how clothes fit, not the scale) but you’ll hit 10 by next yr, if not sooner.
@TheKevinDalton I’ve watched a game of more at every MLB stadium. Dodger Stadium is the WORST fan experience of all and it’s not close. Non-Dodger fans who claim it’s awesome either have never been or sit in absurdly expensive seats.
@BostonStrong_34 No. Can’t score runs and unlikely that Chapman will be as dominant. 84-78…3d in the AL East (assuming Baltimore doesn’t return to form).
@ClayTravis A lock down corner—even a great one—doesn’t make them significantly better if they trot out Levis/Rudolph again. I agree the QBs aren’t great this year, but do your research and take the best.
