Northumberland National Park volunteer. Also do a bit of driving moving luggage for walkers/cyclists along Hadrian’s Wall. Love my football, golf and walking.
@MacLeftie@theJeremyVine I would hope any driving instructor would react in a calm and professional manner and not verbally abuse their learner for any poor manoeuvre they may make. But I suspect I may be wrong in your case.
@MacLeftie@theJeremyVine Did you read my initial tweet? Assume other road users will do what they shouldn’t. That was my point. Jeremy saw the car and in my view appeared to make more of a drama out of it than there was.
@LeeAlanHuntbach@theJeremyVine I’m not convinced aggression and road rage is the way forward. I’ll settle for trying to anticipate mistakes, staying safe and avoiding conflict.
@BBCMOTD Absolutely not. Diaz needs retrospective punishment for his acting which is embarrassing and discredits football. Sadly it’s common place these days and needs called out. As for VAR well….🤷♂️
@cleanupbritain@Roadchef Is the issue here not the irresponsible ones for dropping this mess? I’m sure Roadchef have far more pride than the ones dropping this for no reason.
A small repair on Hadrians Wall Trail near Housesteads. In theory a 2 minute job but actual time was near 30 minutes. Lovely to chat to so many visitors coming through the gate. 😃 @NlandNP@HWpath
A plea. Please dispose of litter and dog bags responsibly. It’s not pleasant for people to open a gate and see a dog bag so close. I don’t understand how someone can carry a full drink can but once drunk it’s left on Hadrians Wall where cattle and sheep roam. @NlandNP
So with 25 kids behind me I come across this car parked on the path. Thankfully at the time it was chucking down with rain so the driver will have got soaked. That’s karma 😀
