Step 5: Deploy US National Guard to stop people from taking photos of the swamp as a perfect metaphor for the administration.
Step 6: Blame someone else.

During an angle between Jim Cornette and Baby Doll, Big Bubba inserted himself into the action. Dusty Rhodes ran in to save Baby Doll and promptly smashed a wooden chair over Bubba’s head. The chair exploded–but it didn’t even knock Bubba’s hat all the way off.

A difference between Ted Turner and Vince McMahon: If Ted owned all of those wrestling tape libraries, it’s possible he would have created a cable network just for classic pro wrestling fans by now. See Turner Classic Movies, Cartoon Network, etc. He would have seen the value.
