Hi @AmericanAir I just want to rebook a different itinerary after my initial itinerary was cancelled. But I can't reach anyone on the phone, and if I do it myself I'm worried I won't get my points back. #AmericanAirlines

Hi @AmericanAir this is still an issue this morning. When I call customer service, I repeatedly get the message that I should call back later. My flight was supposed to be two hours ago! #AmericanAirlines Please help.
