Any leagues still have outstanding fantasy punishments? 😂
This guy finished 10th and had to go trick-or-treating in June until he got 10 pieces of candy. 🍬
That’s commitment to league rules.

“I see a fire lit again. And he is probably going to deny it. I think he’s coming here with a new hunger. You can see it on the field. You can see it in the classroom. You see it how vocal he is leading with confidence.”
Jordan Mailata on Jalen Hurts. Good podcast with Jordan on the Eagles and starting his foundation. They have their first event June 11

Since the Eagles traded away A.J. Brown, several rumors have emerged about his departure.
Throughout the drama that may have happened in Philadelphia, one thing stands out…
Nick Sirianni deserves more respect. Read here:

OMG - look what I just found.
Dianna Russini wrote this just 47 days before Mike Vrabel was fired and 69 days before TMZ's photos suggest they were gambling together in a Mississippi casino.
I have some questions:
1.) Was Mike Vrabel one of Russini's "high-ranking Titans officials" she mentioned?
2.) If Vrabel was in the Titans long-term plans on Nov. 23, why did they fire him weeks later? The Titans were 3-7 when this was written, so don't say it was the losing.
3.) Is there a secret reason why Mike Vrabel was fired? "It's not happening" is pretty emphatic for someone who we now know was very close to Vrabel and, according to her, had "multiple conversations with high-ranking Titans officials. Why Was Mike Vrabel fired?
4.) Is it possible this was a "puff piece" to help Vrabel keep his job? Russini was flattering and reminded her audience in the article that Vrabel is the 2021 Coach of the Year.
4.) How many times does a reporter have to be wrong before people start to question their reporting?
In the inaugural episode of ‘This Was SportsCenter’, Dan Patrick joined the show and told the story of the role he had in the origin of the “This Is SportsCenter” series of commercials… and reveals to us which of his MANY appearances in these commercials was his favorite:

This was a philosophy that Joe Banner used when he was president of the Eagles. Here's something Banner said in a wide-ranging interview in 2023:
"We always thought in terms of the efficiency of marketplaces. ...If you notice, people sometimes say, 'Well, if you don't get a pick next year, it's worth one round less.' We didn't believe that. I said, 'When you get to that draft, you're picking in the first round.' ...We never thought that. We thought that's stupid. When you get to the pick, it's a 1. ...The league is devaluing these future picks too much. We were looking for the opportunity in those things."
If you blindly look at 2026 cap hits, then yes the Eagles defense will look absurdly cheap
If you look at guaranteed $, it tells a different story
After Jalen Carter, Cooper DeJean, & Quinyon Mitchell get extensions, they will be one of the most expensive defenses
Of course, pushing the big cap hits down the road allows them to afford a lot of talent, but its only "cheap" on paper because 3 of their best players are on rookie deals
Jeffrey Lurie once told me that the Celtics' decision to draft Larry Bird in 1978 and exercise patience was a strategy that resonated with him. During an interview a few years ago, Lurie rattled off different times when the Eagles benefited from keeping a long view. More here...
It might or might not come out, but it truly feels like the Eagles were asking for a first round pick, the Patriots were offering a third round… everyone thought they would meet in the middle to have it be a second round pick (what Dianna Russini kept saying what the trade will probably be)…
Then after the Russini-Vrabel thing happened the Eagles and Patriots probably came together to get something close to what the Eagles wanted to avoid a tampering case just like the Eagles did with the Cardinals for Gannon.
Patriots lose out on value but save their head coach from an investigation as well as landing the player they wanted.
ESPN analyst Bart Scott said the #Rams started an arms race by acquiring Myles Garrett. Scott followed that up by saying #Eagles GM Howie Roseman will package a deal to acquire #Raiders Maxx Crosby using Nolan Smith & possibly the '28 1st rd pick acquired in the A.J. Brown trade.
I know Howie is a cap guru but...
the Eagles having the #2 least expensive defense in 2026 seems impossible
only the Dolphins completely gutted DEF is cheaper
$108M cheaper in 2026 than #1 Steelers
Jalen Carter
Jonathan Greenard
Jordan Davis
Zack Baun
Cooper DeJean
Quinyon Mitchell
Nolan Smith
Tariq Woolen
Jalyx Hunt
Moro Ojomo and on and on

Minimal research (grain of salt) — but to my understanding, it seems like the Phillies + Miller tried to have the problem go away through PT, some strength activities etc.
Also seems likely that repetitive torso rotation stripped and de-generated the discs in between the spine. Though the discs can’t regenerate, they can heal and reduce inflammation + pain.
Further, RFA is a non-surgical procedure —
Basically, needles target the painful area and emit electrical currents (heat) that are strong enough to deaden + block the nerves that are signaling pain to the brain.
The downside is that nerves will naturally regenerate and eventually begin to send these pain signals to the brain once again if the disc has not begun to heal.
When former IRS Special Agent Joe Banister confronted his bosses with evidence that income taxes are voluntary, they asked him to resign.
So he did. He stopped filing and paying his income taxes altogether.
Then, a couple years later the IRS audited him and tried to throw him in prison. During the audit, they even claimed he had filed tax forms that he never actually touched.
BUT he went to court, beat the charges, and was completely acquitted. He’s still a free man to this day—and he still doesn't pay income taxes.
If you want to learn how to stop filing and paying your income taxes legally and safely, check out the link in my bio. 🔗
