@L45A1 @Roblox Thing is the bot flagged DownForce erronously, there is no problematic part. Still it has been down since Friday and Roblox has had 0 human attention given so far. I reached out to Roblox within 15 minutes of it being taken down.

It feels like @Roblox does not care about its developers.

A bot could wrongly ban you, even if your game has literal 90M+ visits.

In spite of a 75% cut, they won't spend a dime on human support and have you waiting for days, losing revenue.

Revenue that developers depend on.

Roblox needs a two tiered support system. The reality is that not everyone can have human support. With billions of accounts, automation is needed.

But those who make the platform possible, whose livelihoods depend on it, deserve better.

@Roblox I genuinely hope you can change.

As a professional developer on the platform, I hope this can change, but it is sadly a very common occurrence right now.

Roblox support is notoriously bad, and they won't spend anything more on giving better support to the developers that make their platform possible.

Auto-moderating a top 2500 game with absolutely no human input is unacceptable.

We understand that Roblox is a massive platform with billions of accounts and some automod is needed. But there are only 2500 larger games, and it has been over 30 hours without a human response.
