Patch did nothing to address the most fundamental issue with the game - randomness of gunfights.
1. TTK is too fast (everyone figured that out year ago but DICE apparently)
2. Visibility is awful
3. Headshots do not matter
4. Too much RNG in recoil patterns
@MooseFPS Visibility is also a big issue. Just stand still or go prone, you‘re actually invisible in dark areas. Rising shadows with the NVIDIA Filters helped just a bit.
It‘s impossible to play/enjoy BF6. The concept is great, but the final game isn't. I often wonder if EA/DICE CAN'T do better or doesn't WANT to, for whatever reason. I would be curious if they are actually proud of their game, because I would be ashamed. Hard words - but reality.
@EndersFPS I actually played (and streamed) Rollercoaster Tycoon Classic. It's basically the old RCT1, but with additional useful features like game acceleration, auto-rotation, etc.
@JKumanchik@PSOEfilo@EndersFPS It’s not an „netcode issue“. The CQ-TTK is faster than most humans reaction time. You‘re mostly dead before you could even detect and fight the enemy, what lowers the skillgap, makes gunfights random and rewards camping.

- muzzle & RPG velocities too high (bc of redsec)
- weapon progression is slow without bot farming
- breakthrough ruined, rush is mid
- many people experience “mouse stuttering”
- game ignores keyboard inputs sometimes
- Portal in shambles
- REDSEC tournament postponed
- grenade indicators need work
- Spotting while shooting needs to be changed to make suppressors matter less
- vehicles require MANY changes / improvements / bug fixes
- multiple bugs that require game restart (scoreboard bug, black screen bug)
- claymores damage you from WAY too far away & are hard to see
