RIP Watch Commander/Sub Officer Stephen Barr of Ballynahinch Fire Station.
A great friend to many but an astounding colleague to most. Stevie devoted to public service, he led the local Ballynahinch Fire Service.
He was always bright and cheery and I know he will be missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing him.
To his dearly beloved wife Cindy. His son Jason and his wife Leah, daughter Stephanie and boyfriend Mark and Grandson Jonah.
Everyone will remember the 9/11 attacks that happened in New York and were they were when that atrocity happened.
We were always close to terrorist attacks living in Northern Ireland. The attack on the World Trade Centre’s Tower brought back horrific memories. 🙏🚒🚒🙏😢
