What is ours in Christ requires nothing but the taking/ appropriating by faith. We don't have to struggle to believe for what already is ours. But we need to know it's ours or we won't take our rightful position in Christ and take advantage of what is already ours.

If the wages of sin is death, then we are free from this wage, Jesus having paid it in full. If we are free from the wage we are free from death. If we are free from death we are free from sickness (which is incipient death) and our nature, capacity and capabilities are restored,
