It's not her knowledge, opinions or accent, she chooses to prattle. You are a companion channel and have many gifted contributors, some are positively lyrical 🙌 Lisa is not. It is jarring and unnecessary.
@RacingTV ffs, stop using Lisa ON, she might be a good pal, a reliable colleague, but is a horrible broadcaster, her prattling is like fingernails down a chalkboard
Well that's a line through tonight's racing at Limerick - muting the prattling Lisa O'Neill has become insufficient, now just bin any meeting Racing TV put her on 👎
@jess_stafford_ Think you mean Juan Bermudez was 'carried out on his shield' (gave his all in defeat) rather than "gone down on his sword" 🙂 ('Fallen on his sword' usually refers to a leader quitting).
@RacingTV cracking card at Navan, but omg, the prattling! Lisa could be the most knowledgeable person in the world, a wonderful colleague, who knows, she chooses to prattle. I've heard her in other environments and she doesn't prattle, please stop prattling on RTV 🙉
@RacingTV who is doing your graphics? The other day at York, one analyst had a nap in every race, apparently. Andy Stephens has an e/w selection in the 8pm tonight but is showing on screen as his NAP
@awzurcher Hi Anthony, ref BBC News website article, don't know if you or an editor, but probationary extends beyond "new hires" to include those employed for years, even decades, but promoted/seconded to a new role.
@honestpunter841 What happened there was you sl4gging a claimer, an apprentice, who's only had about 20 rides in the last year. And she won today, yay
@RacingTV fgs save us from Lisa's prattle. Watched last Sunday with my Ma and she insisted I mute the channel 🙉Now, today, by myself, muting still appeals 🙉🙉🙉
I’m feeling a little overwhelmed. There is SO much love and support for @BBCHARDtalk from round the 🌍. Thank you from all of the team. We’re down, but we’re not out. There is a huge appetite for intelligent, longform interviews and journalism, even if some people doubt it 👊
