@BriscoeCain May I suggest that you do what I teach all my 5th graders? They seek multiple sources before they make a conclusion. They understand confirmation bias too. Might want to look up that trap since you fell right into it.

Family Reading Night at Jefferson Elementary. We read "Oh the places we'll go" and then used VR goggles to travel around the world. Thank you for inviting me to join the fun! @ACPSDJefferson
Teaching the Cuban Missile Crisis at Chukker Creek Elementary. Students enjoyed learning the events surrounding the crisis and and its impact by analyzing 1950s-60s toy commercials. @ChukkerCreek@adorries01
STEM Night at JD Lever Elementary was a success! VR tour of the deserts, mountains, cities, swimming with dolphins, lions and elephants, and a trip to Mars! Teachers wanted to explore too! @JDLeverES@ACPSDistrict
Enjoyed my morning with these amazing 5th graders at Chukker Creek. Thank you Ms. Bowman for creating an inquisitive group of learners who shared some great insights into the VR tour.
I love watching students get lost in their virtual world. Chukker Creek 5th grade students immersed themselves into 1940s and World War II. Continuity and change was our theme. They loved the old Hudson cars with no seatbelts! @ChukkerCreek@adorries01@History_AikenPS
Book Talk at Aiken Elementary. Students read the Grand Canyon by Jason Chin and then took a virtual tour to experience the beauty of the canyons. Thank you Mr.Walker and Ms. Nelson for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful event! @aikenelmaverick@CindyHe48914213
Byrd elementary was the first to experience the 1940s and WWII VR tour. Continuity and change was the theme as they compared life in the 40s to the present and changes in technology from WWI. @ByrdElementary @AikenPublicSch@History_AikenPS#virtual#Oculus
