@airindia@HDFC_Bank@goibibo Your merger with Vistara is turning out to be very very bad experience for me. I have been going through extremely bad experience from Air India / VISTARA / HDFC Infinia program / Goibibo. I had booked my travel for Bhubaneshwar on Air Vistara travel on 22nd October on the PNR V3SILU. The flight was canceled by Vistara due to cyclone and had confirmed with me that I am getting full refund. However HDFC infinia program has been consistently saying that your refund is delayed by Air India due to their merger with VISTARA. This is more than 2 months now and I am getting same update that HDFC infinia program keeps saying - Our travel partners goibibo have requested for refund from Air India, but they are not returning the money and hence we are unable to give you your refund. Can anyone please solve this issue and ensure that I get my money back??
@ICMRDELHI My father contracted COVID on 21 April 1 week after his 2nd COVISHIELD. He succumbed to disease on 22 May after High CT score, Oxygen, NIV, Intubation. We were hopeful that it won’t be fatal as he had his 2 doses. He was 80. What could have gone wrong @PMOIndia
