Spending an evening surrounded by nature in London feels straight out of a novel. @Mjoshi77 and I hosted a memorable event, inviting clients and their families to the #RHSChelsea Flower Show.
The show covers 20 acres and 30 gardens, welcoming 150,000 visitors, making it one of the world's great horticultural spectacles. @tech_mahindra proudly sponsored 'Hedgerow in the Sky', an urban balcony garden designed by Sarah Mayfield and Monika Greenhough.
A hedgerow is a quiet example of resilience. It grows steadily, with purpose, and stands the test of time. The garden’s focus on sustainability and making a positive impact matches what we have been working toward at Tech Mahindra for the past two years.
The best part of the evening was winning a Gold Medal in the 'Balcony and Container Gardens' category, alongside well-known gardens like the Tate Britain Garden by Tom Stuart-Smith and the Tokonoma Garden by Kazuyuki Ishihara. It’s a big honor for us in our very first year at RHS Chelsea.
What really impressed me was Sarah Eberle’s 'Garden of the Year', which featured a huge Mother Nature sculpture carved from a fallen tree.
Moments like this show that excellence and purpose can go hand in hand, just like what we’re building at Tech Mahindra. As we start the last year of our strategic transformation, we’re seeing steady progress in our operations, deals, and margins. Events like this help us appreciate the partnerships that drive our success.
Thank you to the teams on the ground for making sure everything went smoothly.

This is sad. Good to know that all are safe n sound. @nitin_gadkari@MORTHIndia@MORTHRoadSafety@CMOMaharashtra Cases of rash driving, driving in wrong way/side. Why we don't have system to suspend DL after repeat traffic violations. Thanks for better Infra, but poor regulation.
While travelling from Pune to Mumbai today, I had an awful experience on the highway when vehicle GJ13CF5257 rammed into my car from the side due to reckless driving. Thankfully, everyone is safe.
Incidents like these are a serious reminder that overspeeding and negligence on our roads can put countless lives at risk. I urge everyone to wear seat belts, remain alert, and drive responsibly so that our highways are safer for all.
The launch of the Tech Mahindra Communication Experience Center (CEC) marks an important step in strengthening our Telecom vertical. Intelligence is becoming as critical as connectivity, and the CEC reflects our vision for AI-native telecom ecosystems. It brings together our legacy and future-ready capabilities to drive faster, more informed decisions.
Designed as a flagship immersive environment, the center showcases innovation through real-world, scenario-based experiences. It acts as a catalyst for co-innovation, helping shorten decision cycles and deliver scalable outcomes for clients and partners.
Thank you to Amol Phadke and the team for bringing this vision to life, and to our board members for joining us at the @tech_mahindra Hinjewadi campus in Pune for the launch.

Recognition by TIME magazine, naming Mahindra among the world’s 50 Best Companies is meaningful in itself.
But when our team unearthed this clip from our 2012 leadership conference (where I refer to the Group aspiration we articulated in 2011), it made this milestone both extraordinarily satisfying and humbling.
At our 2011 annual leadership conference in Mumbai, we held a town hall with 500 leaders, which I co-moderated with Arun Maira, then a member of the Planning Commission. The objective was to ‘co-create’ a shared, time-bound vision for the Group.
I recall we floated several ideas. Given that this was a mission with a deadline, unlike our enduring Core Purpose of ‘Rise,’ I expected the room to lean toward a financial target. Perhaps a revenue milestone or a market cap goal.
They did exactly the opposite.
They argued that even a time-bound ambition should be of a higher order; something that would make them want to come to work every day.
The collective view was simple: if we aspired to become one of the world’s most admired companies, the numbers would follow.
To paraphrase a now well-known expression: when you truly want something (good) the universe conspires to help you achieve it.
The horizon we set was ten years. We overshot it by a few. But to have achieved what we once called an ‘outrageous ambition’ is deeply fulfilling.
So yes, perhaps the universe did play its part.
But in truth, this recognition belongs to our associates who carried that aspiration forward, quietly and consistently, building with purpose every day.
And finally, our gratitude to our customers across all our companies, who have, quite simply, been the wind beneath our wings.
Mumbai Woman Takes On Minister Over Mumbai Gridlock
The responsible officials are the Collector and the Superintendent of Police. They cannot claim they were under pressure. Are they going to put it in writing that they granted permission under pressure? This is their responsibility. The problem is that such violations happen too often. The responsibility lies with them, and they have the authority to set conditions: @thekiranbedi

Filing a complaint against that brave woman in Worli is pure arrogance.A citizen stood up and asked questions to Minister Girish Mahajan while his party’s selfish protest choked Mumbai traffic for hours.
Instead of apologising, they’re harassing her?Citizens are the real owners of this country — we have every right to ask questions. Politicians are public servants and must respect citizens’ comfort, not cause trouble to them.
Stop this shameless bullying!

🚨 When a citizen’s voice leads to action
According to reports, Mumbai Police have registered a case against rally organisers after a major traffic disruption in Worli.
The move comes after a woman’s public outburst went viral—
bringing attention to the inconvenience faced by commuters.
Authorities took note… and acted.
A reminder that sometimes, one voice is enough to spark accountability.

Today I am posting four videos of a brave, courageous, common Indian woman who has gone viral across India.
Why?
Because she did what most of us feel… but rarely say.
A political rally blocked the roads for hours. Commuters were stuck. Chaos everywhere. And this woman? She just wanted to pick up her child from school.
But when patience ran out, she stepped forward.
She questioned the system. She questioned politicians. She questioned the police.
And she asked the most powerful question:
“Who are you to block these roads? Just get out and clear them.”
No slogans. No politics. Just a citizen demanding accountability. We need this courage. We need more voices like hers.Because democracy doesn’t just survive on votes , it survives on citizens who dare to ask questions.

IMPORTANT: Can we have a ban on ALL political protests on main roads at peak hours on weekdays across India? If you wish to protest, please do so in a designated area at a fixed time. Protestors are brought in buses, main roads are blocked, traffic gets congested and citizens bear the brunt. Mumbai yesterday, where else tomorrow? 😡
In a major crackdown ahead of the summer season, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raided multiple locations in Pune District and seized adulterated mango pulp and harmful materials worth ₹2.23 lakh. Raids in Maval and Khed revealed the use of unauthorized colors and unsafe substances in production. Over 3,800 kg of stock was confiscated, with a large portion destroyed on the spot, raising serious concerns over food safety in the region.

Whether it is navigating the complexity of the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation or delivering against impossible timelines in one of the world’s most demanding urban environments, Ashwini Bhide is accustomed to being a game-changer.
Which is why making history as Mumbai’s first woman BMC Commissioner is just another milestone for her.
And if her past is any indication, this milestone won’t define her.
What she builds next will.
Best wishes, @AshwiniBhide
