@FedEx Help me understand something. You haven’t delivered to our business, 4 Fridays in a row now, due to a “delivery exception.” Excuse 1 was we were closed. You updated our hours.
Last Friday’s excuse was “FedEx was closed for the holiday”
Today was “high volume at FedEx”

@FedExHelp We overnighted a package for a customer, and it ended up be delivered to a FedEx hub that is “closed for a holiday”
Your customer service rep refused to help me and sent me to the “survey” while I was still talking to him.
How can I get the package?

So my Spectrum promotional period ended in March, but my bill started to go up 5 bucks a month in December.. 🤔
They were nice enough to offer me 500mb for $80 even tho their website says it’s $50. 🤷‍♂️😒

What am I supposed to do? Buy 5 cases of water, and a bunch of food that will spoil? We eat all of the food, leading up to the storm, so there is nothing to lose.
