Doctors at BCCL Central Hospital have successfully treated a 26-day-old premature baby suffering from severe complications, including respiratory distress and infection. Under the leadership of HOD Dr. Kamna, along with Dr. Nisha and Dr. Abhay, the dedicated pediatric team provided timely and advanced care in the NICU. After intensive treatment and continuous monitoring, the baby recovered and was discharged in stable condition.

#BCCL continues to ensure high-quality medical services through its well-equipped Central Hospital and committed healthcare professionals.

A hybrid meeting chaired by the Director (HR) Shri Murli Krishna Ramaiah took place with GMs/HODs and Area Manager (HR) and their teams to discuss implementation of the ‘Seva Sankalp’ resolution on 2.3.2026. The discussions focused on translating the pillars of Seva Sankalp into actionable HR interventions, including fostering a ‘Karmik Mandir’ culture rooted in Seva Bhav, advancing the ‘Perform Express’ framework for performance excellence, reinforcing employee-centric services under ‘Customers Devo Bhava’, identifying and prioritising CSR & welfare activities with Effective Corporate Governance, and building a Viksit Company aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

केन्द्रीय अनुवाद ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली के सहयोग से बीसीसीएल में पाँच दिवसीय अनुवाद प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम सफलता पूर्वक सम्पन्न

भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड के राजभाषा विभाग के संयोजन में केन्द्रीय अनुवाद ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली के सहयोग से दिनांक 14.10.2024 से 18.10.2024 तक पाँच दिवसीय अनुवाद प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में कंपनी मुख्यालय के साथ-साथ सभी क्षेत्रों के विभिन्न विभागों से 35 प्रतिभागियों ने प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया।

आज समापन सत्र में निदेशक (कार्मिक) श्री मुरलीकृष्ण रमैय्या ने सभी प्रतिभा��ियों को प्रमाण-पत्रों का वितरण किया। उल्लेखनीय है कि इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में श्रीमती लेखा सरीन, सहायक निदेशक (केन्द्रीय अनुवाद ब्यूरो) तथा केन्द्रीय अनुवाद ब्यूरो, कोलकाता कार्यालय के प्रभारी श्री अरुण कुमार ने प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया।

BCCL'S ‘EK PED MAA KE NAAM’ – A MASSIVE PAN-COMPANY PLANTATION DRIVE

As part of the ongoing #SpecialCampaign4, BCCL proudly carried out a large-scale ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ plantation drive across all its areas. In a significant effort towards environmental conservation, a total of 2550 saplings were planted in a single day! Senior leadership, including Shri Murli Krishna Ramaiah, Director (Personnel), Shri R. K. Sahay, Director (Finance), and Shri Aman Raj, CVO, BCCL, participated in the event held at the Koyla Nagar Township plantation area, reaffirming our collective commitment to greener initiatives.

Through this initiative, BCCL aims not only to green the spaces we inhabit but also to inspire a deeper connection to Mother Nature. Each sapling planted stands as a symbol of growth, hope, and a commitment to a cleaner, healthier planet. Let’s continue to plant the seeds of a brighter, more sustainable future!
