@DPDUK___ I am beyond frustrated. Two days in a row β Harpreet β was meant to deliver. I have the app as well as what3words and a photo of my location and both days I get the message that unable to deliver as I wasnβt home ( a lie) with a photo of an unknown location.

@DPDUK___ if you paying drivers for redelivery, think again. They might be swindling you. How can a delivery be a miss without ringing the doorbell, just taking a photo of the door 2ft away. I'm waiting to hear the doorbell ring, next I receive an email of missed delivery.π€¬

Your driver was supposed to deliver my medical supplies yesterday but failed to do so.
You need to prioritise medical supplies not let the driver just go home. I could see him on the map locally then heading back to the local depo!
