@AmazonUK and @boxcouk refuse to take responsibility for a mobile phone that was not delivered to the correct person and have rejected my appeal for a refund! Let me know what you think of their service!
@AmazonHelp@AmazonUK@boxcouk@AmazonUK now tell me I am in violation of their "returns and refunds" policy - see screenshot .After 29 days of communicating with them via every means imaginable this is how they treat someone with a legitimate complaint
