Thatโs true in sports, and itโs just as true in business. Too often companies think culture comes from pizza parties, free t-shirts, or a fun Friday event. But real culture is built on things that matter: open communication, fairness, trust, and consistency.
If you want to change your culture, you canโt buy it. You have to build it, one decision, one policy, and one conversation at a time.
