@katsuxbt 80% tax rate? I don't think so. If you get $60M then it isn't a $100M contract is it? $4M per year for Mom? If you can't make $8 million dollars over 5 years last of a lifetime you're a fool. What a bunch of bullshit.
@CaniacKristy Canes fan here. Didn't know Florida did it. Regardless, it is wrong and trivializes what those who legitimately earned the right to be on the cup accomplished. Maybe next year it's a cousin or a best friend.
@ShaneRyanHere Your take is spot on. Everything Trump touches turns to shit and now he touched the soccer team and the world cup. The red card was bogus, but bad calls happen all the time in sports. You move on. You don't get the president to intervene and corrupt the sport (worse than it was)
@TrueFactsStated Any credibility you had to make any political point ever is completely lost. I hate that Donald Trump intervened but I'm not going to turn my back on a team representing my country because of it. Disgraceful
@FastbreakHoops5 Nobody needs to explain anything to Nick Wright. If he wants to know he should go back and watch Jordan's game videos. Looking at stats on papers doesn't do anything.
@JoePompliano The red card was bogus, but Trump stepping in has ruined the match and cast an ugly shadow on the cup. The US players weren't looking for that and would have advanced anyway. Belgium has revealed itself to be whiny babies looking for a gift. It's all bad.
@AGoldFan Yeah, FIFA is awful but I've already had enough of the whining from Belgium. In any other sport the coach is going to say we want to play them at their best. How unfair - have to play them with their best players. Cry a little more
@Shilllin Lifetime stats vs averages seem to be the metrics everyone wants to use to prove who was "best", but deciding who's best is simply subjective. I'm old enough to have watched both of them play. To me it's Jordan.
@spencerpratt Incredible you can hone in on this as communism and absolutely not blink an eye when Trump dictates to oil companies what they have to charge for gas.
@brianeskow Yes. Not because he is rich or his wealth grew but because he used inside information and manipulation to make that money. It's blatant corruption.
@rushicrypto To answer the question it is called communism. The president dictating the price of gas breaks the fundamental principle of capitalism. From the sounds of these replies it sounds like MAGA now opposes capitalism and favors communism.
@iamfxlord@adammocklerr Are you talking about the draft dodger who was carted off to a military academy because he was a problem child? The draft dodger who doesn't like pows? The draft dodger who thinks military enlisted are suckers?
@RogersPicks TB and Colorado successfully avoided Carolina and why not? They knew they'd get their asses kicked and now their fans can pretend they were better. And I'm pretty sure if you take any team's best players away they're not going to be as good. Is that like some kind of epiphany?
@thesportsgully The Superbowl is part of US culture, but most Americans did not grow up with hockey. It takes time for the sport to catch and 2026 viewership was up 106% over the 2025 finals. On the other hand superbowl was down 2%.
@DougWahl1 Love Obama. Don't love the building. I'm sure what's inside is beautiful. I hope to visit it one day. I hope I don't get judged three ways from Saturday because I don't love the building. Maher aside is everyone a villain who doesn't like it?
