A bunch of personal bests at our Sunken Meadow season opener at the Bob Pratt Invitational. A lot of new runners had their first go at the meadow!

The boys captured the win in their first league competition on Tuesday against a very respectable West Babylon team.

They are back at it today at Sunken Meadow for the Bob Pratt invitational!

After a great workout at Stillwell Park Wednesday the boys are back at the meadow for another day of hard work prepping for the XC 2023 season.

Summer training team runs started this week! Wednesday at Belmont and yesterday at the meadow. The march to the fall season is under way.

Despite the challenges and changes at steeple fest the boys put in a great effort capped by Anthony Almanzar in the Triple Jump and Isaiah Harrilal in the 200m. Sam was there too.

Successful night at Crossover D! With only half the squad able to compete, so many of the boys blew away their best times last night.

Evan was one of four individual runners from Section XI that represented at the highest championship meet in NYS.

From barely getting to the start line last year to stepping on the line at the NYS Cross Country Championship! Now Evan Attrino is headed to the NYS Federation Championship!
