New SR and MA 46 RCTs (n=8765) on effectiveness of tx for acute/subacute mechanical LBP. For pain & disability, efficacious interventions at 1 week were heat, manual therapy (MT), exercise, NSAIDS & opioids. At 1 month, most efficacious treatment was MT. https://t.co/9JWUt7MbNx
