Highlights from the groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of construction of a new 20,000 sqm build-to-suit logistics centre in @jafzadubai .

Developed by @LintaraProp, Arcapita's real estate development platform, and operated by @DPWorldUAE upon completion, the facility represents another milestone in delivering modern logistics infrastructure that supports the evolving needs of regional and international trade.

Construction is expected to be completed in Q1 2027.

Arcapita's real estate development platform, @LintaraProp and @DPWorldUAE have officially broken ground on a new 20,000 sqm build-to-suit logistics centre in @jafzadubai.

The Grade A facility will strengthen regional supply chain capabilities through purpose-built logistics infrastructure, featuring temperature-controlled storage, dedicated dangerous goods storage, and modern warehousing specifications designed to meet evolving customer requirements.

The project reflects Arcapita's continued investment in high-quality, tenant-led industrial real estate across key regional logistics hubs, with Lintara Properties leading the development and delivery of institutional-grade logistics assets across the GCC.

وضعت كلٌ من مجموعة موانئ دبي العالمية @DPWorldUAE وشركة لينتارا العقارية @LintaraProp منصة التطوير العقاري التابعة لـ”آركابيتا”، حجر الأساس لمركز لوجستي جديد في المنطقة الحرة لجبل علي @jafzadubai تبلغ مساحته 20,000 متر مربع، ومصنّف ضمن منشآت الفئة الأولى الممتازة، صُمم خصيصًا لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية لكل متعامل.

ويجسد هذا المشروع التزام “آركابيتا” المستمر بالاستثمار في الأصول العقارية الصناعية واللوجستية عالية الجودة، فيما تواصل “لينتارا العقارية” تطوير مشاريع لوجستية مؤسسية تلبي احتياجات المتعاملين في أبرز المراكز اللوجستية بدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

وفي إطار مبادرة مجتمعية في ميناء الحمرية، قمنا بالتعاون مع مؤسسة الموانئ والجمارك والمنطقة الحرة بتوزيع 100 صندوق غذائي وحقائب هدايا على البحارة، تقديراً لدورهم الحيوي في دعم حركة التجارة العالمية.

On the occasion of the Day of the Seafarer, we recognise the dedication and resilience of maritime workers whose efforts connect communities, economies and businesses around the world.
As part of a recent community initiative at Al Hamriya Port, we collaborated with the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation to distribute 100 food parcels and gift bags to seafarers in appreciation of their vital role in global trade.

بقيادة أخي الشيخ محمد بن زايد تواصل دولة الإمارات ترسيخ مكانتها بين أكثر دول العالم تنافسية .. ووفق أحدث تقرير للتنافسية العالمية 2026 حلّت الإمارات في المركز الخامس عالمياً وحافظت على ريادتها الإقليمية للعام العاشر على التوالي . . جاءت الأولى عالمياً في الأداء الاقتصادي ، وتصدرت 21 مؤشراً تنافسياً دولياً منها غياب البيروقراطية وقدرة سياسات الحكومة على التكيف، وضمن الخمسة الأوائل عالمياً في 67 مؤشراً.
