SpaceX shareholders dilution is a non-issue imo.
Waiting for Cybercabs to scale before announcing the merger is a pipe dream imo.
IMO, Tesla China is not new and not going to be a blocker for the merger. Otherwise, SpaceX would not have gone public

In my personal opinion, @Tesla has been the main source of pain to @elonmusk life.
The main reason why @elonmusk made $SPCX a public company is to acquire $TSLA and gain control. So a merger is sooner than most expects and @SpaceX shareholders have no influence on this decision.

I would imagine the Tesla vote would be finalized in November 2026 or sooner so the merger announcement might be imminent. There will be a carrot and a stick for Tesla shareholders to better vote 🗳️ and agree to the merger or else…

Not having the middle gate in the @cybertruck to fit an 8ft lumber with the tailgate door closed is the biggest design flaw imo.
