Please, does anyone know how to restore an @Apple account? My partner’s phone was stolen. We got a replacement one, unfortunately she is unable to remember her password or unable to find her recovery key.
The whole @AppleSupport has been very unhelpful 1.

We went into the @Apple site with a brand new iPhone, in Edmonton was not helpful, online support was trash. This is beyond ridiculous to say. That a handful of “techs” are literally regurgitating what is on google. Being tossed around is not fun. 2.
