Hey @CORSAIR , I'm doing a PSU RMA and the person assigned to my case told me to DESTROY the unit, and I quote: "by submerging it under water or cutting the cables". Is this legit or is there something sketchy going on? Sounds incredibly unprofessional, not to mention dangerous.

This year was a small gateway that opened the way to a new future thanks to important (and big) changes but unfortunately it was also plagued with stress from multiple sources that ultimately culminated in the loss of a loved one at the hands of breast cancer. (1/4)
