@VixieEroi Also note with prebuilts, sometimes they inadvertently leave the plastic protective covering on and fail to remove it with when they apply the thermal paste which can also causes high temps.

@VixieEroi Idle should be around 35-50. Verify that it's actually idling by checking task manager and checking to see if CPU is around 5-10% give or take. If it is, check that the fans are actually blasting. If they are, then it's probably thermal paste that needs to be reapplied.
