The bill has officially been passed and approved for $1.1 billion cut in federal funding for PBS and NPR by Congress.

PBS Kids COULD lose funding for its programming, and production on current animated shows and specials could then be halted or cancelled outright.

The full extent of how this will effect PBS and PBS Kids and the content they produce, will be seen as time goes on.
