We are open today, Wednesday, October 28, and will be having both our in-person and our Zoom classes. Come on in and train with us!
Tuesday, October 27, we will only be offering our 6:00 p.m. Zoom class. No in-person classes are offered today. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by power outages and damage from the storm.
Due to the anticipation of icy roads this evening, we are cancelling all of our in-person classes today, Monday, October 26. We will still attempt to do our 5:00 p.m. Zoom Class if we have power. Please stay safe and warm!

Here is our new class schedule that begins today, Monday, August 24! Please make sure you are checking your emails to stay updated!
We have a small change to our schedule starting next week. Students that are Green Belt Blue Stripe will now be in the White Belt through Green Belt group classes. This will help us with balancing our class sizes based on what we experienced this week with our current schedule.

This weekend, and always, we honor and recognize our servicemen and servicewomen who have sacrificed their lives for our great country.
In observance of Memorial Day, we will be closed Friday, May 22 - Monday, May 25. We will resume classes on Tuesday, May 26.
