Hi @TeamYouTube. I checked the “Rejoining the YouTube Community” option as well. YouTube says my terminated channel is currently not eligible for the pilot program to create a new channel.

So at the moment I have no way to use YouTube normally with this Google Account: the hacked channel cannot be recovered because the incident is older than 9 months, and I am also not eligible to request a new channel.

Since I still have Google's original security evidence confirming the 2020 hijacking, could you please escalate my case for a manual review of the termination?

Hi @TeamYouTube — I’m still waiting for help with my case.

My Google Account was hijacked in Nov 2020 and my YouTube channel was terminated days later. Google’s own security emails confirm the compromise, and Google Takeout still contains the unauthorized videos uploaded during the hijack.

Your team gave me access to the hijacking recovery form, but the form refuses the real date because the incident is older than 9 months.

I understand the data-retention limitation. I’m asking for a human review of the termination using the evidence I still have, or a way to clear the termination so I can use YouTube normally again.
