Online services that set auto renewal as default are such a fricken scam.

Your credit card expiring doesn't even save you from the phantom charges if you don't notice them, because half of them have agreements with card services to get the new expiry info.

PAY ATTENTION. If you're ADHD/ASD like me, it is so easy to forget this crap. But I did the math, I have lost over 5k to these unused services in the last several years.

So be aware, be vigilant. (I say this while on hold with Wix who I am trying to get to refund me a $487 charge for a dormant unused service.)

Generative AI is only capable of producing this type of “cinematic intelligence” by ingesting large swaths of copyrighted work, likely scraped from the internet without consent, credit, compensation, or transparency.

The skills of Art Directors Guild Local 800 artists and designers bring the highest level of value to any film or television production. To think their professional contributions can be mimicked or outshone by generative AI, which is built on work likely stolen from them and many other artists from around the world, is a betrayal of the collaborative nature of cinema."

Generative AI used at any level of development is bad, no matter how little is used. Doesn’t make devs lives easier, feeds all these insane servers making all your consoles so expensive, stop trying to compromise and actually push back when it’s not convenient.

I will not support a game if they use AI at ANY level. I don't care how minimal it is, I don't care how "ethical" they say it is. Gen AI at its core is such a pathetic excuse to substitute real passion and work and that lack of humanity disgusts me. Do better.
