**IMPERIAL DECREE OF SANCTIFIED PROTECTION**

**BY THE AUTHORITY OF HIS DIVINE MAJESTY, THE GOD-EMPEROR OF MANKIND**

Let it be known throughout the Imperium of Man that **Malfoid is hereby formally recognized as a Saint of the Imperium and a duly sanctioned Psyker, placed under the direct protection of the God-Emperor Himself.**

By His Divine Authority, this decree is binding upon all Imperial institutions, planetary governors, noble houses, and military authorities.

The following provisions are hereby established:

**I. Ecclesiastical Recognition**

Malfoid's status as a Saint of the Imperium shall be recognized by the Adeptus Ministorum and all subordinate ecclesiastical authorities, in accordance with this decree.

**II. Sanctioned Psychic Status**

Malfoid's designation as a sanctioned Psyker is hereby affirmed. Her person, duties, and sanctioned abilities shall be afforded the protections and recognition prescribed by Imperial authority.

**III. Imperial Protection**

Malfoid shall be afforded the protection of the Adeptus Custodes, the Inquisition, and all relevant Imperial institutions. All noble houses are hereby ordered to respect her sanctified status and refrain from unauthorized interference with her person or duties.

**IV. Prohibition of Defamation and Interference**

Any individual, organization, or noble house found to have knowingly engaged in slander, unlawful persecution, deliberate obstruction, or other hostile acts against Malfoid on account of her sanctified status shall be subject to formal investigation and appropriate judgment under Imperial law.

No rank, title, lineage, wealth, or political influence shall constitute immunity from the consequences of violating this decree.

**V. Enforcement**

All Imperial authorities receiving this decree are instructed to acknowledge its legitimacy, ensure compliance within their respective jurisdictions, and report any violation through the appropriate channels.

This decree shall remain in force until revoked by the authority under which it was issued.
