Karla Dallard

ITT PGCE Trainee Teacher of Drama 2019/2020 🎭. Essex 📍BA Dance Studies @MiddlesexUni.

[Chris Tindall @chewytheleftie]

Last night at 4.30 I closed the theatre, shut my computer off and went to the pub. Do you know who noticed? The exact same people who notice when I’m here until 8. Nobody. If you can, go home. The school isn’t going to fall down without you, look after yourselves people

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

This is amazing! What a lovely way to welcome a trainee!

[Miss Walls (Kempston Academy’s Drama Department) @MissWallsDrama]

Desk set up this morning to welcome my new trainee. I am looking forward to mentoring Lauren for the next 6 months. I love passing on knowledge and wisdom to future teachers🙌🏻👌

@missikd Ahhh so still GCSE and A level! They should all be somewhat similar!! I get a bit of Dance now! Yay!

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

@missikd Now teaching RSL (rockschool) Performing Arts! You?

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

@missikd Yeah same here! They teach different courses so lots to learn!!

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

@missikd How are you finding 2nd placement?!

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

@MissBonson A week? That’s a long time? Which training provider are you with? I did 2 days in Primary and that was enough for me! How long do you spend at your 2nd placement?

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

First week at my B placement completed! Having a relaxed Sunday with family before week 2 kicks off! How is everyone else getting on with their training? #testraining #teachertraining #getintoteaching #itttraining

[Alex Weller 🎭 @ITeachDrama2]

Today I had my Year 13s devised exam - my first time teaching A Level -and I don’t think I’ve ever been more stressed than today and the build up! Does this stress fade the more you do it? 🙏🏻🎭

I think the thing about Andrew Scott is that he is fanstasic at flirting especially with his eyes! It makes him irresistible! 😍#PresentLaughter @NTLive

[Jim Burrows @JimDBurrows]

#PresentLaughter #NTLive is a masterclass of basically everything - acting, writing, comedic timing... I am so grateful that NT Live even exists so we can experience these amazing sold out plays in the cinema. I worship at the altar of Andrew Scott

[Karla Dallard @Dramalicious123]

On a solo trip to the cinema watching #PresentLaughter LOVING every second. Flamboyant, melodramatic, sarcastic and outrageous. #NTlive

[Brad Mell @BradleyMell]

Flamboyant, melodramatic, sarcastic, overacting at every point. If this isn't just watching myself on screen 😂 the eternal performance indeed #PresentLaughter #ntlive
