1. Stop: set a 2 minute timer to sit still.
2. Sense: Listen to, touch, or look at something beautiful.
3. Breathe: Inhale (nose) for 4, hold for 4, then softly exhale (mouth) for 8. Repeat this breathing cycle while you are sitting and sensing.
Stop. Sense. Breathe.
It is absolutely possible to transform generational trauma into generational praise.
