I’m being to think there is no hope with this support ticket I launched, I have never dealt with worst customer service in my life. I don’t understand how you honestly take over a week to respond. Who can I complain to?

Day 6 of no answer on a ticket, i get you are a busy but how can you stop my account getting billed when its hacked if you don't even responed to me at this point of time do i need to call my bank to cancel the cards as i am getting zero help from you?
