Food delivered in completely torn packaging. The raita spilled over the bags. Delivery boy denied his fault in delivering such a condition.
The zomato care didn't take any responsibility to solve this. The resturant should be aware and pack items in seal.

Very pathetic support. Booked a ride for my mother, but the rider after taking OTP asked for cash payment. I didn't board the bike but money was charged. No proper resolution. These fraud riders should be banned. #harrashment to aged people.
