@ezpassnj TERRIBLE customer service, received "voilation", but im a PA EZPass holder "tried" your "online" system to dispute, tells me date to dispute has passed, tried calling, wait time 40 min - no way. Paid your toll online minus your $50 admin fee - not paying $0.01 more

More my NPD data breech rant. This should highlight what happens when data brokers monetize your data. They also run a cold fusion website - given this use of 20 year old tech for a website - it doesn’t instill confidence they are qualified to manage sensitive data.

@AmericanAir Also this loyal customer with over 700k frequent flyer miles has been stranded and delayed more times than I can count by AA, yet have never had one disagreement or argument with any AA employee ever. In general really nice people working tough job. Will not stand for this!

@AmericanAir Thanks for quick reply. I have pictures documenting harassment. AA employees should not follow customer that walks away respectfully. Didn’t back off after I told him “whatever” after he followed. Not going to stand for him then charging me for a bag on a gate checked plane.
