Not sure what customer service means to @British_Airways. All flights to London from Edinburgh cancelled tonight. No offer of alternatives. Barred from the lounge by Rottweiler despite (cancelled)club ticket. No one to answer phone /email. There has to be something better.

@British_Airways are impossible to contact by phone whether one is an Exec Club member or not. Very quick to hand out e-vouchers for cancelled flights that are not recognized when rebooking - totally useless.

#ApplaudtheNHS for someone who spends their time on the frontline is hugely appreciated by all of us as we are not used to risking our health on a daily basis. This does make me feel guilty however that our police, firemen, armed/intelligence forces don’t get the same treatment
