Most patients with penile skin length <8cm needed XGSG(56%). Few with scrotal skin length <10cm required XGSF (3.2%). Those with >8cm penile skin and >10cm scrotal skin length rarely needed XGSG (1.7%). Can easily measure these in clinic.
