I LEARNED TO CLIMB HIGH AND SLEEP LOW Climbers on #Everest don't walk straight up the mountain. They climb to a higher camp, spend a little time in the thin air, then come back down to sleep where the body can recover. From the outside it looks like wasted effort, but every trip up teaches the body to cope a little better with the height. I wish I had understood that during my first rough stretch with $XRP…. Every pullback felt like being sent back to base camp for nothing, and I took each one personally. Now I see those drops differently… Each time the market pulled back, I got a little better at sitting with the discomfort, ignoring the noise and trusting the reasons I bought in the first place. My nerves adapted the way a climber's lungs do. The climbers who rush the summit without that patience are usually the ones who get into trouble… I would rather take the slow route and still be standing when the air gets thin. @XRP
