Despite the storm, I got caught up on some good work today. Since the staff couldn't come in, I was able to focus more on my work, which I did from our home office. God is good!
This morning we had another wonderful message from our pastor. This afternoon I nearly finished proofreading the next book we will publish and worked on my class notes. Thankful to God for a good day.
I participated in an MTh paper presentation this morning by Zoom, did a bit of class prep and got a lot of work done in the office this afternoon. Time to exercise!

Forty years ago today, I completed my hitch in the US Navy. The USS Bowen FF-1079, pictured below, was my last duty station. Hard to believe it's been that long. https://t.co/8GNlvDacn8
I had a wonderful morning preparing for my next class. I invested the afternoon in reviewing the work of one of my mentees in the MTh program and contacting and responding to pastors in the States regarding our upcoming itineration. It's been a very worth…https://t.co/KQ8XK0ARbC
We had a fine message on the Body of Christ from our pastor, Dr. Joel Agpalo Tejedo Sr. this morning and celebrated Communion. Then I had a great time running errands in town, working on some personal items and getting a bit of ministry work done.
We had another wonderful meeting of the Asia Pacific Theological Association today. Kudos to Casey Ng and Garry and Denise Austin for great presentations. I'm quitting a bit early today to take Debbie out on a rare shopping date to the mall tonight. Life…https://t.co/V9UZNxoRom
I had a wonderful morning attending the online conference of the Asia Pacific Theological Association and am looking forward to the next two mornings as well.
I spent the morning cleaning up some messes--some of them made by me! Spent the afternoon contacting pastors in the States about our upcoming itineration and working on the Press and Journal. Not real impressive, but it's all part of a missionary's day.

I am delighted to see what God is doing through our publications. I'm thankful for the opportunity to mentor Asian Church leaders, both young and old, to engage people with the good news of Jesus Christ!
I'm making good progress on the course I will teach on Cultural Anthropology next trimester. I spent much of the afternoon working on scheduling our upcoming itineration in the States starting next April. If you'd like us to visit your church, please let me know asap.
