@Niva_Bupa Pathetic and unprofessional claim department with inhumane approch ...
only focuses on economic and Profit of the company.

they doesn't even have any customer support or contact person directly to deal with costume issue and their needs.

10/10 in claim Denial experience.

अस्पताल के कर्मचारी बार-बार झूठ बोलते हैं के पैसे नहीं आए हैं और अब सच सामने आने के बाद भी वह महिला चिकित्सक डॉक्टरों से बेहतर व्यवहार नहीं कर रहे हैं। they don't seems willing to credit ou stipend till now. @DMDCAlwar
