@BryanGlezerson @fuzzymittens I think you are making a distinction between INTRAop and PERIop. There are many risks (of surgery and anesthesia) that carry on into recovery and post-op period. And reasonable guidelines and studies on how to quantify that risk (and potentially mitigate that risk).
