And in the Cowboys game, wide receivers with feet in neutral zone. On a Hurts rollout for no gain just before 2 minute warning, Parsons held on the collar IN FRONT of Referee and no flag. Refs eat flags all the time.

Really, penalty takes game winning TD off the board and you call it whining. Their mistakes are on them, but given how inconsistent calls are every week, it’s frustrating to watch. Cheffers crew is particularly bad. Said he didn’t see obvious forward pass and ruled it a fumble.

Honestly the amount whining by the @Chiefs after the game is embarrassing. It also points out their frustration level on their constant mistakes. Quit killing yourselves ans you won’t need to blame the refs

Watching the Cowboys/Eagles game, and the penalty at the end of the Chiefs game will be more visible. Twice, a Cowboy receiver has had his foot lineup in neutral zone. Will be an interesting week for officials and NFL.

Overly technical would be what this official did on this play. No benefit for offense to lineup that way. And officials eat flags every play that doesn’t effect a play. You should not be figuring out how to defend a crew every week, but here we are.

When officiating the line of scrimmage, general philosophy is not to be overly technical and split hairs over very minor infractions (such as a receiver's hand slightly breaking the LOS). However, when an infraction is so egregious and obvious, a flag has to be thrown.

Kadarius Toney is blatantly lined up offside and in the neutral zone. You rarely see an offsides penalty on the offense, but that is not because this play in #BUFvsKC isn't a foul.

It is because a receiver rarely lines up offsides.

Kind of curious, how does this line up benefit the offense. The rule is if the player doesn’t affect the play officials eat the flag.

Travis Kelce's lateral TD on the Chiefs' final drive was called back due to a penalty on Kadarius Toney.

They ended up losing 20-17 to the Bills 😬

NFL officials really need to fix their own. It was a poorly officiated game. BUT the Chiefs lost the game with horrible play calls. Too many times where they could take control and then 3 & out. They will be dangerous in playoffs, but it will on the road.

The refs eat so many flags. But not one that caused the Chiefs to lose. Idiotic to line up in neutral zone but the line up did not benefit the offense. BUT Chiefs lost on the 3 and out before the Bills field goal. Bad offense play calls.

I think DCs need to think differently about the push. Rather than drive below the O-line, they should push at 45 degree angle along the line (Hurts always goes to his left so go that way). Everyone, including the second layer, stays on feet driving at that angle.

@JOEL9ONE No panic here. They easily could have been up 31-14, if not for two mistakes by Mahomes and Kelce. The difference now is they use to be able to overcome those mistakes with other clutch plays. Not last night.
