@united GSKXDM I had a flight from Salt Lake City to Denver connecting to Calgary, the flight delayed for 2 hours so they could clean off the plane.. which caused me to miss my connecting flight to Calgary for work, to then only get a 10% discount on a hotel, a possible standby flight
