@Hyundai I called again and still nothing. It doesn’t make sense that it would take this long for your tech team to resolve and issue. And your reps act like they can’t do anything at all. What’s the point of offering this service when no one can seem to get it working?
It is pretty ridiculous that it’s been 6 whole weeks and after several calls my @Hyundai Bluelink Subscription still hasn’t been renewed. Tired of hearing they “put in a ticket”. 😳 Y’all clearly don’t care about renewals 😒
@ClubLLondon I reached out regarding returning my item. The portal is not recognizing my US order number. I to send the items ASAP and don’t have a return address. I need a response ASAP.

@Hyundai Bluelink app is terrible! It’s too cold for me not to be able to start my car because the damn app won’t work. 🙄 Should’ve stuck with remotes! At least have both options available 🙄
