Heard & understood. Bungie's announcement this week wasn't about hoping 'Destiny 2 itself' lived on as much as finally hearing that 'Destiny as a whole' would be; to see the IP survive after a movement never seen in gaming finally created an impact.

To see & hear those words, "We're not done with Destiny" was the precipice we've been searching for, to hear the unvaulting bringing back content that player founded careers on, & to reimmerse in a universe that shaped a literal generation of players.

It's a universe that quite literally touched & shaped lives more than almost any other game and even as the light shines on Destiny 2, we can take comfort knowing that 'something' lies beyond the reaches of Sol waiting to be explored.

I'm so happy right now. I've been kind of depressed ever since EOS and the uncertain future of the game.
